I have been here twice and enjoyed it both times. I am still new to Toulouse so I don't know what this restaurant once was, but I think the food is terrific.
My favorite starter is the Lobster Royale (Homard). Amazing. Could have eaten 5 of them. For my main course I love the scallops (St. Jacques) with risotto. I never need dessert but I've tried the creme brulee which for me was bland.
The servers we have had were nice and efficient but never overly friendly. I love the decor and ambiance of the restaurant.
The food is a bit pricey so this is more of a special occasion place for me. -

Fine French cuisine and great service. Brasserie Des Beaux Arts is a great place to eat with a wonderful view of the Garrone River in the city center of Toulouse. Regional dishes like Cassoulet and Chocolate Profiterole are awesome.

Good but not great. Not a great terrace despite the location ...lots of car traffic and pedestrians pass between tables!! Had a la carte seafood and house special burger with frites. Good but not outstanding. Service brisk and professional. No regrets but @ 50 for one with no wine or dessert? No repeat pour moi!

Very nice personnel. Excellent meat. I like more family oriented places. Too expensive for normal people.

For many years a Toulouse institution, The Beaux Arts has fallen from grace. The most overpriced food in Toulouse, yet without taste or refinement. A wine List where 500% seems to be the mark-up. Serving Staff consider themselves to be more important than the customers.
